Divisional Championship Game Spoiler: We Won (Vs. Big Timber)

The game was at the Columbus High School at 8:00 p.m. The game started by winning the jump ball. We hit a 3 pointer at the begining of the gmae. We started off playing ok, but not as spectacular as the Huntley Project first half or the Manhattan Christian game. Big Timber had a press that started by working pretty well, until we finally caught on that we had to use a press breaker. The first quarter ended with us being down 12-13. During the second quarter, we played pretty sloppy, but we got in bonus with 3:45 left in the half, so we were able to make some free throws. Both teams were pretty even, through the half. The half ended with us up 18-16. Then in the second half we started to play better and got up even more. Then we played worse with some bad passes and such. Amanda Reed got a pretty good stuff, and Brittney got called a foul, when it looked like the other player just tripped. At the end of the third quarter the score was 31-24. We kept getting fouled, so we were able to make quite a few free throws, but Kellee fouled several times and they also got into bonus at 5:07 left in the game. With about 4 minutes left we started to stall, because we were ahead by about 10 points. We played well at the end, and got into double bonus, which allowed Cassidy to make some free throws. We won the game by 14 with a final score of 49-35. We will now be going to state, which is in Hamilton. There we will first play Florence, and if we win, we will probably play Malta that was the first ranked Northern Team. I expected Fairfield to win Northern, but they were beat in the Championship game by a couple of points. The first game is at 12:30 for us, but I don't know if the band will be going, or if I will even if the band goes.

Kellee had 2 2pointers, 1 3pointer, 2 free throws, and 4 fouls for a total of 9 points
Amanda had 2 3pointers, 2 free throws, and 2 fouls for a total of 8 points
The rest of the players only had fouls and no points.

This time I think my stats were better than the last game.

I didn't play the French Horn, so I felt sort of bad, but I went with the band anyway.
